During the ministry of Pastor Rey Desenganio, faithful leaders were mobilized to activate the youth ministry. Pastor Gary Romarate led an evangelistic crusade all across Naic which resulted in a great harvest of souls. San Roque became saturated with the gospel which dramatically increased the church population. It is during this time that the church was renamed to Alpha Omega Full Gospel Christian Assembly, retaining its affiliation with the Assemblies of God Philippines.
Year 1986, Pastor Alberto Saavedra was called to lead the congregation. The church began gaining its stance amid the shaky condition when reforms were made, various ministries were organized, and leaders stepped up to their call.

Year 1997, the church was renamed to Church of Alpha Omega Christian Ministries Inc. several churches were planted through the efforts of various workers and pastors.
On September 11, 2010, the church has given the honor to Rev. Alberto Savedra for his 25 years of service to the Lord through the ministry of CAOCMI.
Year 2012 came, Pastor Joel Rulloda was appointed as the assistant pastor with the support of his wife, Pastora Marina. Year 2015, Rev. Saavedra gave his full blanket authority to lead the organization to Rev. Marina Rulloda. They helped Rev. Saavedra in leading the growing population of the church. Due to the physical condition of Rev. Saavedra, the church decided to give the post to Pastor Joel and officially became the senior pastor of CAOCMI San Roque in the year 2019 up to the present.
In 2020, Rev. Saavedra was ordained as Bishop of the said organization. He raised some new younger Pastors who stood up for the calling to work in His vineyard.
The churches faced a lot of struggles in few years ministerially, physically, emotionally. There have been learnings and pains from decisions made but indeed, God’s faithfulness never fails.
In the year 2022, Rev. Marina Rulloda was officially elected as chairperson of the whole organization. After a year, she was re-elected to hold the position until 2025. Presently, there are 10 churches and three pioneering churches all over Cavite, Catanduanes and Batangas.
